We accept creditcards, Bancnet, Gcash, and Over the Counter Payments.


We accept Creditcards and Debitcards with Visa, Mastercard, JCB and AMEX logo.

Your creditcard will be billed immediately upon purchase and charge will appear as KIDSPORTS.PH -ECOMM.

Bancnet ATMs– 37 participating banks with Bancnet eShopping. Please see below acceptable card Bank Identification Numbers (BINs) and Transaction Limit for your reference.

Is debit card acceptable?

Yes, local debit card is acceptable either via Creditcard or Bancnet (if included in the Bancnet participating banks). Please check the back of your card if it has Bancnet logo and check if the first digits of your ATM card is in the below list. If your local debit card has Visa and Mastercard logo, you may also pay using the Paypal payment option.

Where can I find the Member Number in my local Bancnet ATM card?


Gcash- GCash is an internationally-acclaimed micro payment service which transforms a mobile phone into a virtual wallet for secure, fast, and convenient money transfers at the speed and cost of a text message. To pay using Gcash, select “Gcash” in the payment option. Enter your 11-digit Globe mobile number then wait for the Gcash SMS (2882) and enter your MPIN to authenticate the transaction.

Over the Counter Payments | Online Banking

If you choose over the counter payment method, please make sure that you follow exactly the payment instructions which is being sent by email. You will note that some payment options would require you to:

  1. Manually validate
  2. Pay an on top fee
  3. Pre-enroll especially for online bills payment/ bank transfer

What may be the cause of a transaction failed? 

  • The credit/debit card being used may have insufficient funds.
  • You might have entered the wrong card number or PIN
  • Card is stolen or reported stolen – The card was earmarked by the issuing bank as stolen or lost card.
  • Card expired. The card issuing bank declined the transaction from being processed since the card being used was already expired.
  • Card has a transaction limit. Some issuing bank may impose card usage limit, which means, it is possible that the customer has exceeded the limit/threshold usage during the time of the transaction e.g. withdrawal/e-shopping limit.

When does my account get debited?

Your local debit card (Bancnet ATM) will be debted immediately after purchase and the charge may appear in the statement as KIDSPORTS.PH -ECOMM

How would I know if my transaction is successful?

You shall receive an email notification if your payment has been processed successfully.

If my payment attempt failed, can I retry again?

Yes, as long as the reference number has not been paid, customer can still pay for it. Please note though that customer is given 2 calendar days to complete the payment when using Over the Counter Channels (OTC).

What happens when I was not able to make the payment within 2 calendar days using OTC? Can I still pay?

Yes, you can still pay in some payment channels but we suggest that you send us a proof of payment by email so we can manually validate and tag your payment.

How long does it take for refund to be processed?

Refunds for Gcash, Bancnet and Over the Counter Payments are all done manually. You will need to contact us at Tel# 02-7507-7264 or email us at to lodge your requests. If we find your refund request valid, we will coordinate with you on how you can receive your refund.
